Fitness Fads Don't Work
Fitness Fads: We've seen so many come and go. They all promise to blast away fat, give you washboard abs and get you "shredded." And not only do they promise that you'll lose weight and tone up, but they tell you it can be done over night. The truth is fitness fads just don't work!
I'm sure we have all found ourselves looking into new things we can incorporate into our daily workouts or diets to speed up the process of results but to be honest theres nothing but the 80/20 rule. Thats eating healthy 80% of the time and working out 20% of the time. You have to feed yourself what you want to look like on the outside. It's okay to have cheat meals but don't expect great results when you're eating fast food everyday then you go hit the trail. It won't work!
I want to encourage you guys to eat healthy and say away from the gimmicks. Flat tummy teas and waist trainers will be the death of me. I continue to see so many women fall for it and now even guys are including it into their daily workouts. You must remember ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL. One of the main reason why fitness fads don't work is because they apply one type of exercise to everyone. They tell you to do this type of exercise wearing certain type of equipment. By the time you know it you're in the hole for $100 dollars and have no results.
