Cheat Meals

We all have those day when we just want to sit back and indulge in our favorite things. But we don't because we're been working so hard physically and mentally to fight off that extra weight. So most of the time we are waiting to the weekend or certain days throughout the week for a cheat day. I'm here tell you stop waiting for the cheat days and have things in moderation. Theres nothing worse then waiting for your cheat day to devour all that food to feel guilty tomorrow when you're at the gym. So now you're working 10 times harder to fight that weight off its not worth. My friendly advice is to find different recipes on pinterest for your favorite foods but settle for the healthy version. I promise its not a big difference. Hope this helps
